The Health, Safety and Environment Program (HSE) objectives are set to the requirement by which we may achieve an injury-free: yard, personal injuries/illnesses, equipment damage, fire damage or destruction of property at the yard.
The Safety Program includes hazard analysis, job site security, safety orientation training, safety promotion, emergency & medical services, and, safety audit inspections. Our Safety Program work ethics strictly complies with the Factory & Machinery Act 1976, Environmental Management System (EMS ISO 14001), and Occupational Safety & Health 1994.
HSE procedures include accident reporting, radiation safety, valve leak test, emergency response, inspection and maintenance of lifting equipment, and, lockout & tag-outs.
Our HSE Department consists of a skilled manager, supervisor, panel doctor, industrial nurse and medical assistant, who are ready to respond and control any situation if it arises. |
Oilfab's yard is designated as the location for the First-Aid Station, which is under the control and continual supervision of the HSE Department. Medical service and supplies are made available and replenished as required. Our Plant Medical Facilities consist of a first aider, industrial nurse, first aid box/room, first aid equipment/manual, and, an ambulance. |
